Hello, I’m Alison,

I am the Managing Director of Mastergen.

I have worked in the AI industry now for over 14 years and in that time I have had the privilege of working with some of the best bulls and best suppliers in the world.

I started selling bull semen in 2001 whilst managing the first ever team of telephone breeding advisors in the industry. In 2005 my responsibilities extended to bull selection, negotiation and marketing.

I left the industry in the Autumn of 2013 to concentrate on being a new Mum, but now I am delighted to be back and working for a brand new, innovative, forward thinking company.

Hello, I’m Anna,

I’ve worked for companies in the AI industry as a breeding advisor for over 7 years.

I really enjoy the ever-changing pace of the market and I am especially interested in genomics and new technology.

I also love talking to my customers and discussing their breeding needs. It is really satisfying finding bulls to match the criteria and being able to supply them at a really competitive price.

Mastergens range of holsteins and beef are excellent and I am confident we can find you exactly what you are looking for at a fair price.

It will also be my job to make sure you have the latest information available on our website, facebook, twitter and youtube sites.

Hello, I’m Jess,

I’ve worked for companies in the AI industry as a breeding advisor for nearly 12 years.

In that time, I have seen technology advance genetics through genomic testing, which I find a fascinating topic.

I believe that the bulls available to our customers from Mastergen will be some of the best available and will result in massive customer satisfaction.

At Mastergen, we will all be involved with bull selection, ensuring that our customers needs are met at all times.

The range of Holsteins, conventional and sexed are all of the highest quality and have been selected on their proof data and cow families. I am also delighted to be able to supply British Blues from the Twyning Ash herd once more.

Hello, I’m Molly,

I am passionate about cows and have my own business breeding heifers and bulls on my farm in Devon.

Since my return from Morsan Farms in Canada 5 years ago I have had several successes in the showring under our Panda prefix.

I have also been working in the AI industry for the past 4 and a half years, alongside my own business.

I absolutely love breeding cows and sourcing the best genetics genetics from all over the world.

I am really looking forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with you at Mastergen.

Mastergen is a new, exciting company providing top quality genetics from Europe, North America, Canada and the UK. It is my job to research the pedigrees of the bulls we market to ensure quality lines are bred in to your herd.

I am really impressed with the range of polled and red holsteins available through Mastergen, and believe we can deliver great outcrosses to compliment your herd.

Hi I’m Joe,

I have worked for some of the most innovative AI Companies in the UK, including Dairy Daughters for 6 years, since leaving my Father’s farm 10 years ago.

In 2014 I made the decision to move to Belize, Central America to discover new pastures, but have now returned and am ready to start a new and exciting challenge with Mastergen.

It’s a privilege to be a part of the Mastergen team and I am looking forward to working with some of the best genetics and best suppliers the industry has to offer.
